Originally from New York City, I have been living in the Metro Atlanta area since 1989. Prior to real estate, I was in software development, where I worked as an independent consultant for Fortune 500 companies. My clients included Delta Air Lines, The Coca-Cola Company, Siemens Energy and Automation among others. My specialty was installing, customizing, enhancing and maintaining large financial software systems. My project management experience and attention to detail in meeting deadlines translated well into real estate sales and management. My passion for success is unsurpassed, whether working with buyers or sellers. I feel the key to a successful partnership is communication; therefore, I keep in touch with my customers and clients on a regular basis.
As Director of Education, I taught both new and experienced agents the whole spectrum of what they need to know to be successful. As such, I am well versed and informed on the marketing tools, sales skills and techniques required to market and sell homes as well as effectively negotiate on behalf of my clients.
